I do have the Styrian Goldings hops, but not the Pacific Jade. As they are bittering hops, thought to swap them with Northern Brewer (8.5%) as I still have enough of them.
Would that be fine? Probably need to add a bit more to achieve the same IBU. Or are they too different?
