I am getting back into wine/beer making after a long break. I have some supplies left from before and I was wondering if they are still good. I figured anything that is really clumpy probably is not good but I am not sure about that. Additionally I know some chemicals break down over time and may not clump but may still be bad. I wanted to pool the collective knowledge here and ask if you all thought it would be good.

I have the following supplies: One Step No Rinse, Potassium Sorbate, Yeast Nutrient, Acid Blend, Campden tablets, Pectic, and Wine Tannins.

All of them are close to seven years old. Is there any hope that any of it is still useful. Thanks

One step is likely to be fine, as is the tannin and probably the pectic enzyme. I'd say that the acid blend is fine, and the nutrient is likely to be ok.

Throw out the sorbate and campden.

Keep the one step, the rest is so cheap to replace WHY take any risks? Have your buckets gone fragile, your bungs cracked and dried? WVMJ

Actually I am lucky enough to have glass carboys so no cracking/getting fragile. I replaced a couple of bungs as well because they were cracked.
