Supertaster intolerant to bitterness

Hello, I'm new to the community. I enjoy brewing beer, other people love what I make. But i do not enjoy my homebrew as much as i do a lot of macro brews due to bitterness levels. I have the supertaster gene which makes my taste extremely sensitive to bitterness to the point where a lot of beers are nearly impossible to drink for me, but I know that other people around me enjoy them. Any recommendations of recipes or beer styles that are very very low in bitterness? I would love to make something high in ABV and very low in bitterness and still taste good if possible. Thank you for any responses.

Scottish wee heavy, or a good scotch ale would be a good sweet high abv beer.
