Just brewed a Stone Ruination clone on Friday. 1.072 OG used wyeast 1098 with a two step starter. Within 18 hours it was going crazy through the airlock. 24 hours later it is showing nothing through the airlock. Bucket may not seal perfectly. But is it possible for the main part of fermentation to be done? No doubt I will leave it for another week to clean up but I was amazed how quickly this one got started and finished. Is their anything good or bad about this?

have had several batches do the same thing . Not done yet . Leave it for a few weeks .
Please post the results of that beer . Interested if it really tastes like Ruination .

Temperature Range: 64-72 F, 18-22C

If you're sure you were at wort temp of 68 (not significantly higher) ... it "should be ok"

I've only used this yeast once...and kept fermenting wort temp at a cooler 65 deg... I had a good 3 days of visible CO2 production and then it slowly, no drama, continued for another week churning away. FG was reached at day 18 ~22. then let it sit 7 more days before racking to bottles.

My very uneducated guess would be it's not done but you pitching so warm made them beasties chow through the majority of your sugars. And as others have already said let it be for another week or two and take a gravity reading. That way they can clean up anything crazy that may have been left behind after such a vigorous fermentation.
