My first keezer was a collar type with SS Perlick Taps
Had a front mount drip tray with no drain

My next build I want to come through the top of the freezer with a tower.

I want 2 taps and a flush drip tray.

Is it common to have a drain in the drip tray?
Are there different versions of towers? Some worse than others?
Any reason not to get a vintage one?

I typically like SS, but since I have a beer engine that is brass, I want to match it.

Is it common to find good non-leak taps in brass?

There are many styles of Tower..
Most Common is the Shiny silver ones

I bought 4 Ceramic Beer Towers off EBAY

Have not seen to many commercial Brass ones but I have seen several DIY ones

Check acumetalfab.com I love their work and I have bought quite a few setups from them. Get the 4" tower, it's big and beefy. You should be able to get it coated in brass. You can buy wrap around drip trays with our without drains. If you can incorporate a drain I'd do it, makes cleaning easier. You can also buy stainless faucets that are coated in brass.

This is the tap I picked up.
See this thread for the mounting.

Need to figure out I am missing to mount this.
Maybe this is from Germany or Italy?
Think the threads will be standard?

It seems like stainless. Is the gold/brass plated?
