Hello
I am going to start all grain brewing and obviously need a larger brew pot (than my 6 gallon). I am by no means rich but want to invest in a solid kettle that will grow with my brewing. I want to be able to brew 5 and 10 gallon batches of various gravity beers. I was leaning toward the 15 gallon stainless steel kettles from morebeer with the ball valve. Should I go 20 for higher gravity 10 gallon batches? Would that be too big for my sp-10 bayou burner? Too big for 5 gallon batches? Would love the opinions from the more experienced brewers in this community. Thanks so much
Ben
