I have 4 total kegs, 3 European 13.3 gallons, and 1 15.5g domestic keg. I'd imagine I'd use the domestic 15.5g as a MT b/c of the extra volume, please confirm?

What suggestions are there for the extra keg I'll have? I see some people using it as a primary fermenter. If the general consensus is to use it as a fermenter can you also carbonate from there and dispense as a kegerator? Has anyone used more than 3 vessels in their brew sculpture?

I know this is a good problem to have... :D

I just ordered these parts from bargain fittings for keg to keggle conversion:

Boil Kettle = sight gauge, bulkhead, thermometer (2.5"), center pickup, false bottom
Hot Liquor Tank = bulkhead, thermometer (2.5"), copper tube, sight gauge
Mash Tun = Center pickup, 2 bulkheads, thermometer (2.5"), false bottom

4 kegs will disrupt the Zen in your sculpture and that is surly a bad thing, just mail the extra to me and I will hinder the burden. :D

It looks like you have no pickup tube for your BK but 2 for your HLT.

How about adding a sight gauge to your HLT? It would be easier to see what's going into you MLT. If I were only going to have one site gauge, I think I'd put it on the HLT instead of the BK. I've opted for zero though.

Uh oh...

I do have a sight gauge for my HLT, forgot to list it. But I did only order 2 pickup tubes looking at my invoice.

Edit* Copper pickup tube added

Extra keg will be used as another fermentation vessel, problem solved~
