Hi
I plan on brewing an IPA tomorrow, an all grain brew, and my recipe calls for .78lb of Munich 10L.

Well, as it turns out I do not have it and live too far from a LBS.

Any good subs out there?

I have Caramel, caramunich various Crystals, Caravienne, Vienna and Special Roast on hand.

Vienna while not an exact substitute would still taste good in your IPA. Maybe use some vienna and a touch of the caramunich to make up the color ??
