Stuck Bulkhead assembly, Help!

I'm trying to take apart my valve assembly to install a dip tube and it won't come apart. The nut on the outside is on tight and the assembly on the inside just spins. Tried everything to grip the inside to stop it from spinning. no success. Anyone else have this problem? How did you fix it?
