I would be. Sounds like some fermentation is still going on. There are a lot of strains of yeast that produce a sulfur smell when fermenting. If you've already used chemical means to kill the yeast, i'd suggest just pasteurizing the batch. There are some good stickied threads on how to pasteurize in these forums so just search for it. It's easy to do and won't harm a thing.... except yeasts and bacteria. :)
