Strawberry wine

So i have about 9 pounds of strawberries sitting in the freezer

Iam planning to make my first "from fruit" wine any tips? Also, I will be brewing in a room that sits around 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Are there any fruit wine yeasts that can work properly at this temp?
