Strawberry Pale Ale

So I am working on a Strawberry Pale Ale for a friends bachelor party(we nicknamed him strawberry sl$tcake). I was talking with a Brewer from Shorts and he recommended mosaic hops and adding puréed strawberry at flameout (this is what he does at the brewery). Any suggestions on what I have come up with so far.

70% efficiently
Ibu 38
OG 1.053

10lbs 2-row
8oz 20L
8oz caravienne

.5 Mosaic FWH
.5 Mosaic 15 minutes
Whirlfloc 15 minutes
.5 Mosaic 5 minutes
8lbs puréed strawberries @ flameout

California Ale Yeast

.5 Mosaic Dry Hop 7 days secondary.
