Hi! I brewed a first lager, extract version with single hop, Olicana hop. I added 3 additions of this hop at 60 min, 15 min and flame out. Now that beer has fermented and bottled, tasted it. Very nice lager except...

It has that over ripe strawberry flavor???
Hop should have mango, grapefruit and passionfruit aromas. It doesnt have any of those, but instead that twangy almost rotten strawberry aroma and taste in it?

Any advices before I dump it?

Ps. I fermented at 13 C, did diacetyl rest for 3 days and lagered 3 weeks.

What yeast did you use? How long ago did you make it? Never dump it until you are sure it's infected

I used Saflager w-34/70. I bottled it 2 months ago and it had that aroma immediately and still has.

I have chest freezer connected to a Inkbird itc-310 controller.

Not trying to give a stupid answer, but could it just be the hops? I find I often perceive the flavors described in hops as totally different from what's described on the package. I'm not familiar with that specific hop but from what you describe it sounds fruity. I would think that differences in terroir of the farm, packaging practices, age, and just the character of that year's crop could all influence the flavor and give it more "strawberry" character. Just a thought. You would know better than me though if you've worked with that hop frequently.
