I brewed a Munton Cerveza kit saturday. I pitched the yeast at 68. 24 hrs later i was seeing activity in the air lock, a bubble every 12 sec. After I got home from the Super Bowl the activity has stopped. Then monday at @ 12-1 pm it was bubbling every second, this went on all afternoon. it stopped later that day and there has been no activity since. I primary in a bucket so i cant really see whats happening inside but that was unlike any fermintation i have ever seen. i'm wondering if anyone has ever seen that kind of thing? The thermometer on the bucket has never gotten above 68 .
