Hello,

I bottled about 4 Gallons of Still cider. It sat in fermenter for 3 weeks, When bottled the SG was 1.010
I was happy with the taste so I decided to Pasteurize. I boiled all bottles 190 degrees for 10 minutes. It has been a week, sitting in the cellar in Wooden racks.... I decided to check a bottle to see how everything was settling. It appears thare is a good deal of yeast growing. What happened?
I used Whitelabs champaigne/Cider yeast. Brown Bottles...
:(

Since it was still fermenting when you bottled, it's just dead yeast at this point. If you don't have any pressure at a week, you shouldn't have bombs. Check the gravity of a bottle. If it is still 1.010, yo' fat.
