I normally use 2 row in my stout and was thinking of trying pilsner malt. Thoughts?
 
I dont this its a good malt for stouts..its too grassy hay like..i am a firm believer in using maris otter malt as the base for stouts.
 
I always use MO for stouts/porters and most other English styles, but it's your beer.
