I am starting to branch out and do my own partial mash recipes.
I am looking for input and critique on an oatmeal stout recipe.

I have 5lbs of light Dme and plenty of warrior hops sitting around and want to use these. All other grain and yeast are to be purchased...


5lb light dme 54%
1.5lb flake oat 16.2%
1.5lb Munich 16.2%
.5lb Special B 5.4%
.5lb Black patten 5.4%
.25lb Roasted Barley 2.7%

.5oz Warrior hop for 60 min (25ibu)

Danaher Nottingham yeast
