Now that I am trying to make wine at some point I'm going to need a place to store my wine and allow it to age. Currently we just keep our purchased wine in our pantry but it never seems to stay there long so it has never been a problem. I do not have a basement or cellar but just wondering if anyone has come up with anything that allows good conditions for aging. My garage gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter so I know that won't work. I would appreciate any ideas.

A hot garage is not good....So you need to find a place in the house.
I just store mine in glass carboys filled all the way up, but I'm considering switching to kegs for wine storage.

I have 15 bottle of homemade wine in a cabinet in my laundry room. When my daughter moves out next year, her closet will become my wine cellar.
