Hey. I have a habit of buying things in bulk (including beer), so with commercial beer I usually have some in the fridge and some in my pantry @ about 65-70 degrees. Can I store homebrew in my pantry after it has finished bottle conditioning and carbonating? How long will a typical 6 % abv homebrew last when stored at 60-70 degrees?
Thanks

File cabinets are my friend. I use them for finished and bottle conditioning beer. There seems to be a file cabinet in almost every closet around the apartment.

So...store as you would a normal beer basically.., ok, cool. Oh, btw..why is there such a difference in the "home"brewing time involved making high gravity beers and the commercial brewery time? Better yeast, chemicals, better controlled environment...cheating?
