I live in FL and it is always hot....always. I have a bunch of batches (high ABV) that I will be brewing up and bottling and I need info on storing. I have a food fridge and my fermentation fridge. I have almost enough room in the fermentation fridge to have a batch in primary, one in secondary and one batch bottle conditioning. I can squeeze one batch of bottles in the food fridge. I don't have enough room to condition all these beers at a good temp. To the point finally....sorry:

Will my beer be ok being stored in a closet this hot ass condo....temp ranges from 75 - low 90's. Is the high temp going to ruin the life or flavor of my beer?

I would think for long term storage these temps will"age" the beer faster speeding up things like oxidation....do you have a basement or concrete garage? the concrete MAY be cooler than the air temps?

Negative. No basements in florida and a garage temps get in to the high 90's. I can't afford another fridge.....should I build some...thing?

Sounds like a prime candidate for a DIY walk-in in the garage!

Got some lumber and a window air unit laying around? I would think CL would have 100 window air units for next to nothing down there ;)

Look for a free fridge...high temps while not ideal, might be ok...how long you plan on storing like this?

We live in Tallahassee & in the summer we keep our thermostat at 78 degrees & in the winter at 68 degrees. I store all of our bottled beer in a pantry at room temperature. Haven't aged anything over a year yet, but no problems so far.
