Stop fermentation?

What should the fg of a cider be? I have a feeling mine is gonna keep fermenting till it's down to 1.000. It started at 1.053 and is at 1.015. Roughly 5%abv. How low should I make it? I like angry orchards hard cider...so closest to that would be nice

AO is sweet cider. IIRC someone measuring the FG of their traditional dry to be around 1.030.
