stir up the lees?

I'm about to do a 3rd racking of 1.104 OG mead. Should I stir up the lees to suspend any yeast or leave well enough alone and carefully rack off it?
 
leave it alone and rack off it, if this is the 3rd rack, it should be at or near the FG.
 
yes leave it alone. racking is done to remove the mead from the lees...to clear it, and to prevent off flavors from dead yeast.
