Hi all. I made an all grain Left Hand Milk Stout clone on October 8. Been sitting there bubbling away when it first started as normal. However I can still here an occasional burp going on. Long time in between them but they are definitely still happening after 10-11 days fermenting. Any thoughts?

10 - 11 days is at the long end of how long fermentation takes. If you have controlled the fermentation temperature on the low end of the yeasts range it could have slowed the fermentation and it could still be fermenting.

The only way to really tell is to take a gravity reading, wait 24-48 hours and take another one. If they are the same fermentation is done and any bubbling is just excess co2 being released from the fermenter.

Even when the beer is finished, it will be venting excess CO2 in solution until it reaches environmental equilibrium. Take gravity readings (shake out the CO2 if using a hydrometer) to get the real picture.
