I was reading an article from a meed maker who said that by putting the nutrient slowly and in stages every couple weeks during the primary fermentation it will allow for less time in secondary. Basically creating a meed that can be drank quickly appose to having to sit for 12 months. Does any know if this is true or if it makes no difference? Thanks everyone.
