I don't really understand the purpose of this product. It might shorten brewdays and save energy in the brewery but isomerization had to take place somewhere else using energy. I'm not sure cutting the boil down even to ten or fifteen minutes from an hour is really that much of a time savings to justify buying a processed ingredient.
