i have a question about steam beer... in one magazine i saw a recipe for a steam beer that is just lager yeast at normal temperatures ~65-70 degree-ish... but a book i have says both lager and ale yeasts mixed together. im thinking the magazine is right (lager only - to get the clearness), but i just thought i'd consult y'all.

Well It Was Origanally Used With Lager Yeast But You Ferment At Ale Temps. Thats The Process I Got On This Forum.
