I recently purchased and setup my controller. It's working great holding my brew within .2 of the desired temperature. What I was wondering is.. I have the set point set but if I push the power button again it displays 5.8.9 and fluctuates to 5.8.8.

If I push power again it displays the Set point again. I cannot find any documentation what this is displaying when I it shows the numbers above. Anyone have an idea? Or if Im not describing it well enough let me know.

Thank you.

Not sure, I always get to the desired ferm temp and then push the Power button to "Set" it at that temp. Are you saying that after doing this step you push the Power button again?

Yes. I have it set and its working. But if I push the power button again it brings up another Display. Im trying to figure out what it displays.

I think this is the secondary temperature probe reading 58.8F

From the depths of the user manual...
Switch temperature display, pressing and releasing the power button quickly will switch which temperature probe's value is being shown on the display. If temperature from the secondary probe is showing an additional LED (between the first two digits) will be lit as an indication.
