Stc-1000 problem

I had had perfect results from my stc-1000 using it to control an upright freezer as a fermentation chamber. Today I had other equipment plugged into the duplex recept, and my stc-1000 went off. I unplugged it and re-plugged it now when reaching the upper set temp (cool) it only blinks and the freezer does not come on. Any ideas?
It is 100f and I have a killer batch of IPA that I want to live!

A blinking Cool LED indicates that the delay timer is running. Did you wait for the delay time to see if the Cool LED becomes solid?

This. You could also check the delay in minutes before it turns on by looking at the F3 setting on the controller

Thanks. I did wait at least 5 min and the temp even went up 5 degrees. But tonight it is all well and I pitched me yeast bomb. Cheers!
