I have not brewed for a while .. more than a year. I know this is a tragedy. I am going to start again. i have some hops in the freezer that have been there for at least a year. Are they still good??
Yes, a year in the freezer is nothing if they were sealed. Even if the seal wasn't all that great, if they are still green and don't have a stale cheese smell, use them.
