Things are starting to come together. Just got in our four 30 bbl fermenters, but now I really need some help on gathering info on equipment for cleaning, sanitizing and filling kegs. What do others do and recommend? We also need some equipment for cleaning, filling and labeling bottles and growlers.... Anyone know of where to get such equipment? Any help and advice is appreciated. Any idea of where to get used equipment?

If you have not already, check out ProBrewer.com All kinds of good stuff on that site.

Picts of these 30 BBL! Lets see the bling!

Cheers

Are you in over your head?
If you're asking these questions here, you might be.
Good luck with your brewery, but probrewer is probably a better source for this information.
Where are you, and have you started brewing yet? Any pictures of the brewery to share?

This like a promising thread... I look forward to seeing your progress. I'll second probrewer. You'll need some CIP stuff. Check out glacier tanks and JVNW for CIP stuff. Keg cleaners are 12-18k so you are better off building something for a couple grand if you are handy.

Global stainless has a manual keg washer system:

The price is $6750. Automated systems are much more, but will save time.
It sounds like you are trying to start a packaging brewery?
What I've learned about opening a brewery:
-Take your estimated start up costs and double them, also double the expected time it will take to actually get licensed and operating.
-You should have another 30% of your build costs available for working capitol.
-Whatever it takes to keep you and your household solvent for a year, multiply that times 3, you'll need that in savings because any profits from the business in the first three years will need to go towards expansion if you are going to be successful.
If your are putting in 30bbl tanks, you probably know all this, and already have a good chunk of money invested.
If you are going to name your brewery Lovelady Brew, You're too late, there's already a Lovelady brewery going up in Henderson, NV.
Good luck with the project, can you post some pictures and give some more details?

That's a beauty, Clark. When did you start up, and how far are you from finishing your licensing. Most breweries around here (Oregon) said the CITY was harder to get though than the TTB. Are you experiencing the same?
