Starting a brew right now, I was planning on starting earlier but had to watch the US game. Its the Panic Button Hefeweizen in the recipe database, I am using Wyeast 1010, instead of Safbrew WB-06. Wish me luck

Brewing my first wit right now. Hit 80% efficiency (planned for 75%) and I'm pretty sure I didn't sparge with enough water (didn't really bother to take pre-boil volume). Oh well, here's for more ethanol and less bottles to fill! Have fun out in the heat, I'm having trouble keeping cool in the shade here in MO.

Good luck on your brews!

I've got one ready to bottle right now, another on deck, and a third coming in the UPS truck tomorrow.

:mug:

had a boil over, and spilled about 1/2 pound of DME. Hopefully all will still be good.
