Ok so my not so smart self made a 2l starter.

I boiled 1.4lbs of pale Malt extract in 2l of water. Added the WL Saison yeast

Its going well. But I guess I didnt realize that would make the starter OG of 1.09ish. Thats a tad high-

So thoughts? Am I stressing my yeast out? Will it be ok? Im gonna relax...... eventually
 
You'll be fine. I'm convinced that practically any starter is better than no starter.

Palmer recommends stepping your starter up from 1 cup, but I always make ~1-2 liters depending on what the Mr. Malty calculator tells me to use.
