So I started my yeast starter last night. 2L glass beaker with a 2in opening and a foil lid. It ended up being pretty full. When I woke up this morning it had overflown and the foil lid fell off... Meaning it was expose to open air for up to 6-8 hours. Should I scrap this batch of starter to not risk the beer I'm about to brew tomorrow? Or just pitch it and see what happens?
