Started with mead.. ended with wine!

So I wanted to make a simple grape mead with the following ingredients:

2 cans welch's grape concentrate
1.5lb honey
Lalvin EC1118
yeast nutrient
water to fill to 1.5" headspace

3 weeks later, BLaMMo! Wine, a little bubbly, dry, but sweet at the same time. It's rough, no question about it, and will need to age a bit, but reminds me of a sweet red wine.

It's good... alcohol content is app. 13% per OG and final.

You have what's called in the mead trade, Pyment. Grape juice fermented with honey.
