Stainless steel panels

I want to add some of these to my wall behind my setup, any idea on what thickness is best for my application? I'm looking at 4x8 sheets.

if its just for the wall then thickness shouldnt matter as its only decorative and ease of cleaning.. i would just go with the cheapest

You don't want to go too thin. Take a look at the thickness of stainłess steel backsplashes for gas stoves to get an idea. Too thin and any adhesive you use for mounting will telegraph through the material and you will notice it.
