St. Patty's day brew - Suggestions?

The absolute earliest I could do anything would be a week from Saturday and even that's questionable. Would it be too late to start a brew? I would have to be bottle carbing. No keg here. Grrr

What are you guys brewing for St. Patrick's day?

It's not too late, just don't do anything requiring a secondary/dry hopping. For St. Patty's day I would recommend Deception Cream Stout (just kegged and am drinking this), or one of my personal favorites, Bee Cave Brewery Robust Porter (which I will be drinking in March).
