Check out The Tap Room (Schlafly) downtown at 21st and Locust or Square One Brewery in Lafayette Square. Quality beer and quality food to boot. Urban Chestnut Brewery is newly opened and as received some good press although I have yet to make it there.

I enjoyed the Bud tour, mainly related to the prohibition activities that you do not see at other Bud tours in every other city.

Tap Room would be my favorite depending on where your hotel is and your time available. Urban Chestnut has great very unique beers, their website is up.

Not at all. Were taking out old HVAC/ lighting controls and putting in our system.
