SS tower cap piece missing

I was given an older Summit kegerater recently for free that needs some TLC. I want to get it going and give to my brother.

The stainless steel tower is missing the cap that goes on top and closes the column. Does anyone know where I might be able to buy that part? The diameter is 2.5"
