I'm looking to set up a fermentation chamber for my SS Brew Bucket and have my eye on a Craigslist Avanti wine fridge with glass front - the dimensions are:

33.5 inches tall, the width is 20 inches, and the depth is 19.5 inches

I'm not sure about the model of the fridge but it holds 20-25 bottles from what the owner mentioned.

Do you think that is large enough to accommodate the Brew Bucket?

The thing you have to watch for is the hump where the compressor is located. If it sticks out too far, it will be in the area where the legs are. You'll want at least 14 inches of space on the floor between the hump and door. I have an Edgestar kegerator and its dimensions are 35" H x 20" W x 26 1/2" D. It's fairly easy to get the Brew Bucket in and out of.

I'm not sure if all wine refrigerators are like one I had, but you couldn't set the temp below 45 deg. I would check to make sure you can run it down to 32 before purchasing a wine fridge.

I have a keezer where I can lager if need be. I'm just looking for fermentation control in the 40-68 range.

Another vote for this fridge. I got one a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Check out groupons for Sam's membership deals.
