SR800 El Salvador

Got two new packs today.
Sumatra I tried some years ago, was not impressed, trying again.
The El Salvador is the first time trying, took the longest to roast, had a nice Chocolate smell as roasting.

I forgot how anemic the bean movement was in the stock SR800. I can't recommend the chamber extension enough. The airflow is much improved.

Thanks for posting that! I just got a SR800 a couple weeks ago and it’s nice to see how someone else is using it. Was that a full 8 oz. of beans?
