So, anyone here experimented with squid ink? Ever since i heard about the Gose style i think about doing one with squid ink, and i will do it soon, but i have really no ideia about how much to use.
Will probably try to find a clean berliner weisse, so i can try to put a few drops and test it, but it would be nice do hear about some other experience with it.
 
Squid ink has a very distinct flavor. Often described as savory. I find it to be rather salty tasting. A lot of what is marketed as "squid" ink however is from other sea creatures because the flavor is milder.
