Who has a great recipe that compliments the spring season?

Can you do lagers? If so, I suggest a maibock. I have one posted, I think, an extract batch I called "MY bock". But I can convert it to AG if you need that instead.

I actually do not have the temperature control for lagering (yet). Any suggestions for an all grain ale?
