I am in Florissant, CO and was in Manitou Springs, CO this weekend.
I have seen this before, but never dawned on me.........
There are several springs throughout the city that continuously run and
all have a different taste and bubbly effect. Has any one (locally)
used any of this water (which one?) for a brew, and what was the outcome?

I'm in Denver and I'm familiar with the springs in Manitou. I've never brewed with the water, but it's said that some are great for making lemonade with - the water tastes very carbonic, so I'm curious what that would be like for a hoppy or sour beer. Sounds like a great experiment for a 1 gallon batch!

Sounds like naturally carbonated spring water? The spring water I use is local & still. No carbonic acid bite at all. Not sure what that'd do to a beer?

I believe Bierwerks in Woodland Park makes a Manitou pale ale using spring water from there. Give it a try. I don't recall noticing the water profile in the beer, but I'm not sure my palate is that refined.
