Spring time and hop are up

Hop plants are up and growing. Nice green, small leaves, but I notice yellow streaks in the small green hop leaves.

Normal?

Or, are they lacking something?

My bull shoots are over a ft. With more poking out everywhere in their box this yr.
Ill cut them back end of the month.
