Spokane valley brewery?

Hey all.Ive been brewing for about 13 years now.It all started when my dad bought me a exsract kit for my birthday and i havent stopped since.I switched to all grain about 4 years ago and moved my way up from 5 gal batches in plastic too now im brewing 1bbl batches out of stainless.my garage and one of my downstairs rooms have been overrun with beer goodies.I have been looking into going pro for a couple years now and trying to figure this all out.so soon I hope to have a nano brewery open here in the spokane valley in eastern washington.keep your eyes open for Knucklhead brewery!cheers to all.

Did you ever get up and running? I live near 5-mile in north spokane and I'd love to see some local breweries pop up!!
