My friends and I have recently started brewing 5 gallon all-grain batches but our work schedules make finding a block of 5-6 hours where we can all brew difficult.

Is it possible to mash one day, store the wort for 24 hrs and boil the next?

Any insight will be greatly appreciated

The wort will sour slightly but after boiling I doubt it will have any major impact.
