I just want to publicly say thanks to Spike Brewing. I bought a brew pot about a year ago from them and have been very pleased. But the other day, I was taking apart the sight glass to clean it and I ended up breaking the glass. I emailed Ben over at Spike and he promptly sent out a replacement sight glass to me at no charge! Great company, great products and great service.
