Sold Spike Brewing CF5 Conical

I am looking to sell a Spike CF5 Conical. It has been used 3 times and is in perfect condition save for a few water spots. Just don't have the time to brew with little kids. It also comes with a Spike CIP ball as well. I am wiling to do $400 for this plus shipping for anyone interested. Everything in the pictures are included as-is.

I am local to the Raleigh area if you want to pick it up too.
