Spigot for Brewpot DIY

I could probably walk into a hardware store and put one together but I'll be GD'ed if I knew what the hell the parts were called 
You want the threaded piece (threaded on the outside)
The piece that threads onto that (threaded on the inside)
RED locktite (so the 2 above parts dont come undone)
a washer
a silicon "O" ring
a big ass brass nut
a valve
Can anyone help him out with the real terms?
