I have been so enamored of the recipe below, so much so that I have been working off it as my base recipe for the past 3-4 batches. I have search through the post and see so many bad experiences, I just wanted to share a very positive experience that I have had.

Interesting. 6.5% is a bit "hot" for true patersbier, but I have heard rumor that this stuff is a variation on the darn near unobtainable Chimay gold label patersbier which comes in at 4.8% ABV.
